
My voracious sweet tooth have had me on a quest for the perfect Peanut butter Cookie since the age of 9. On Saturday mornings when most kids got up to watch Johnny Quest (Yeah Youngins. look him up), I was turning to PBS to watch Julia Childs for inspiration. My love of baking has only grown over the years.
Through each career change, I always found time to experiment and hone my baking skills. Through my 12 years of combined active Army and Reserves as an Armor Officer and my technical professional years, that began in Austin in the 80s.
Even though my professional career has managed to keep me far from the culinary arts field, I've taken every opportunity to understand the art, even professional training and graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Cullinary skill with a degree in Baking and Patisserie in 2005. I've continued to expand my portfolio of desserts and goodies over the years, with the goal of bringing each entree to a new height of flavor.
